Sophie Petit was sworn in as a lawyer in 2002 and practised as such at the French Bar from 2002 until 2005, mainly in contract law, insurance and construction law.

She spent three years working for another firm in Monaco and joined BERGONZI Law Firm in 2009.

With over ten years’ experience in the Firm, she supervises all the cases dealt with and has perfect knowledge of civil proceedings in Monaco.

Her main practice areas are civil law (especially contract law and legal liability, family law, construction law), commercial law (banking, IP) and employment law.
