I am pleased to confirm that the Executive Committee of the UIA which met in Porto (Portugal) on October 29, 2018 approved the appointments and renewals of terms of office of UIA Representatives at the international organisations, as indicated in the attached list.

The UN passes will be requested in early January. All persons concerned will be advised directly.

Furthermore, as Representatives at the international organisations, you are members of the UIA Governing Board and you will be invited to participate in its meetings.
